Island Homes of the Keys, Inc., is a family owned and operated Home and Insurance Inspection Company in the Florida Keys. When purchasing a home in the Keys, you need to know what you are purchasing from the foundation to the roof and in between. We will perform a pre-purchase home inspection and prove you with a written report including photos and post-inspection consultation to help you understand what you are buying into. In addition to the home inspection, we also offer Insurance inspections for Windstorm Mitigation, 4-Point Insurance Inspections, Roof Condition Reports, to help our customers get the insurance mitigation credits that they deserve to save them money.
David is a native of Miami and grew up spending weekends and summers in the Florida Keys and has been a full time resident for over 16+ years. In addition to being a State Licensed Home and Insurance Inspector (HI1193), he is also a State Licensed General Contractor (CGC045300) with 40+ years of experience in building custom residential homes and commercial building; a 6-20 All Lines Insurance Adjuster (W439542) and a State Licensed Real Estate Agent (SL 466749)
Christopher grew up in the Florida Keys and attended Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers, FL where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Resort & Hospitality Management. In addition to being a State of Florida Home Inspector (HI4546), he also obtained his 6-20 All Lines Insurance Adjuster License (W437932) and he is a State Licensed Real Estate Agent (SL3428349).
